DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to preclude and for further relief.

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal taken by notice of appeal dated February 23, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated February 23, 2016 is denied, without costs, on the ground that the motion papers fail to set forth facts showing merit to the appeal as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to preclude and for further relief is denied, without costs.
