Appellant, Gerald Duane Rollins, Jr., has filed a Motion to Consolidate Related Cases requesting that we consolidate Rollins v. Southern Baptist Convention, 01-19-00149-CV, Rollins v. Second Baptist Church v. Shea, 01-19-00347-CV, and Rollins v. Pressler et al., 01-19-00460-CV. Although the motion states that Appellant conferred with counsel for all parties to the three appeals, Appellant filed its Motion to Consolidate only in Cause No. 01-19-00460-CV. As indicated in the motion, certain parties in the related appeals oppose consolidation. The motion, however, fails to include the requisite certificate of service indicating the parties served with the motion. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.5(d), (e). Because the motion fails to demonstrate that parties in the related appeals were served with the motion and provided an opportunity to respond, the motion is denied. Appellant may refile the motion, provided that the motion is (1) filed in all three cases and (2) in addition to including a certificate of conference, the motion includes a certificate of service identifying the parties served with the motion.
