STIPULATION AND (PROPOSED) ORDER TO EXTEND TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO FILE RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT
[SECOND REQUEST]
Plaintiff Virginia Rollins and Defendant Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company, by and through their attorneys of record, stipulate to extend the time for Defendant to file a response to the Complaint from the current deadline of August 29, 2022, for two weeks, up to and including September 12, 2022.
The requested extension is necessary in light of the fact that Defendant's counsel is still working on conducting its investigation into the allegations as necessary to prepare a response to the Complaint.
This is the second request for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint. This request is made in good faith and not for the purpose of delay.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
