On November 2, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. Later that day, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is deemed stricken from the record in this case.
