ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

By Order dated October 16, 2020, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall pay the filing fee is extended to October 8, 2021, or this case may be dismissed. Waiver of the filing fee requires an affidavit containing specific financial information regarding the inability to make such payment. An Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form is available on the Court's website, at www.ustaxcourt.gov. Upon receipt of such affidavit, the Court will consider whether to waive the filing fee.
