MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal is from a judgment signed October 14, 2016. No clerk's record has been filed. The clerk responsible for preparing the record in this appeal informed the court appellants did not make arrangements to pay for the record.

On March 23, 2017, this court ordered appellants to demonstrate to this court that they have made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record on or before April 7, 2017, or the appeal would be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c); 37.3(b). Appellants have not provided this court with proof of payment for the record. Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
