JONATHAN ROHRING & ELIZABETH ROHRING, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson Judge

The Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 7) for a general continuance, to which petitioners do not object (see Doc. 10). We will grant the motion.

On August 16, 2022, the Commissioner filed a document twice--first as a "Proposed Stipulated Decision" (Doc. 9), apparently by mistake, and then as a "Status Report" (Doc. 10). It is

ORDERED that Document 9 is deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for a continuance is granted, that this case is stricken from the calendar of the Detroit trial session beginning September 6, 2022, and will not be called at that session, and that this case is restored to the general docket.
