ORDER

JOHN MILTON YOUNGE JUDGE

AND NOW, this 26th day July 2022, upon consideration of the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants, Temple University Hospital, Inc., and M. Denise Dennison, all papers filed in support thereof and in opposition thereto, and for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum filed by the Court, it is hereby ORDERED that said motion will be GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows:

1. Summary Judgment will be GRANTED in relationship to Plaintiff's claim for failure to accommodate under the Americans with Disabilities Act 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq, and Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2611, et seq, and the legal theory of failure to accommodate will dismissed from this lawsuit; and

2. Defendants' motion for summary judgment will be DENIED in all other regards.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
