ORDER ADOPTING AMENDED REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

JOHN C. COUGHENOUR, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

The Court, having reviewed the Amended Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Grady J. Leupold, objections to the Amended Report and Recommendation, if any, and the remaining record, does hereby find and ORDER:

(1) The Court adopts the Amended Report and Recommendation.
(2) Plaintiff's claims against King County, the Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention, and Allen Nance are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's 14th Amendment claim against Sergeant Weaver is dismissed without prejudice and with leave for Plaintiff to amend.
(3) The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to Plaintiff and to Judge Leupold.
