Divorce proceedings. Master's report filed recommending that plaintiff be granted divorce on grounds of indignities to the person. Defendant's exceptions to master's report dismissed and decree entered, decree by WRIGHT, J. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2060, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Family Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1969, No. 3301. Argued December 12, 1977.

Joseph A. Malloy, Jr., with him Hamilton, Darmopray Malloy, for appellant; No appearance entered nor brief submitted for appellee.


Decree affirmed. Having made an independent study of the entire record, we are of the opinion that the court below properly granted a decree in divorce in this case.
