Respondent Kimberly A. Rogers having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 13, 2018, May 25, 2018, and June 1, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kimberly A. Rogers, sworn to August 2, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit describing respondent's current living arrangements and the method by which she supports herself and meets her financial obligations.
