ORDER

DENNIS M. COTA, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE.

Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs motion, ECF No. 25, for an extension of time to file a reply to Defendant's answer to the complaint. Plaintiffs motion is denied because the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure do not contemplate or allow for such a pleading.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
