ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Miami, Florida, trial session commencing on February 27, 2023.

On July 26, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. The Commissioner states that Mr. Rogers has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case and execute the proposed stipulated decision since it is the Commissioner's position that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all issues.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 18, 2023, Mr. Rogers shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's motion.

Mr. Rogers may contact the undersigned's Chambers Administrator, Linda Thomas, at 202-521-0835 to schedule a telephone conference with the Court.
