This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Chicago, Illinois, is the place of trial.

On August 6, 2021, Gena Jones filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. By Order served August 12, 2021, petitioner and respondent were directed on or before September 8, 2021, to file with the Court an objection, if any, to counsel for petitioner's motion to withdraw. On August 16, 2021, respondent filed a Notice of No Objection to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. As of the service date of this Order, no response has been received by or on behalf of the petitioner. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that Gena Jones' Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted in that Gena Jones is deemed withdrawn as counsel in this case.

The parties are reminded that this case remains set for trial on the above-referenced remote trial session.
