Patrick Rogers & Sandra Rogers Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and is mostly about substantiation of expenses for Mr. Rogers's business. We continued it in the expectation that with the help of the Rogerses' accountant the necessary records would be produced and a settlement would be probable. Respondent recently reported that he's finished reviewing the documents that the Rogerses sent to the IRS and has made an offer to them. It's reasonable to keep this case on a status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before July 9, 2021 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe their progress toward settlement.
