The applicants, Edgar Rogers and Angela Rogers ("the Rogers"), seek review of the trial court's denial of their motion to recuse Judge Pitman on September 16, 2024. The applicants' request for a stay of the proceedings is denied. On the showing made, we decline to exercise this Court's supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ is hereby denied. Herlitz Construction Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981).
