The plaintiffs Rogers appeal from an adverse judgment in their quiet title action. AFFIRMED.

Upon our careful de novo review of the record in this case that was filed and tried as an equity action, we agree with the trial court's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and resulting judgment, and therefore affirm. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.24(1), (4).
