ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellants Ramona Rogers, M.D., Modesto Zamorano, Stephanie Cumpian, Rolando Flores, Hector Ontiveros, Priscilla Nieto, Sonia Hernandez-Keeble, Blas Ortiz Jr., David Moron, M.D., and Jaime Flores have filed an emergency motion for temporary orders staying discovery in this interlocutory appeal filed under the Texas Medical Liability Act.
The Court, having examined and fully considered the emergency motion for temporary orders, is of the opinion that it should be granted. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 74.351(s); In re Lumsden, 291 S.W.3d 456, 460-62 (Tex. App.-Houston [14th Dist.] 2009, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we grant the emergency motion for temporary orders, and we order discovery in the underlying proceedings to be stayed pending the resolution of this appeal.
