Roger's Executors v. Williams' Admin'x

High Court of Errors and Appeals of Delaware
Aug 1, 1814
1 Del. Cas. 640 (Del. 1814)

Opinion

August, 1814.

The question was, whether the death of Williams' administratrix could be suggested, and the administrator de bonis non of Williams be made a party.

There is no difference in this respect between a common administrator and one de bonis non. Let his name be put on the record as a party.
