Appeal from Superior Court, Calaveras County; J. A. Smith, Judge.

Suit by Helen Roesch and others against Clara P. De Mota, Antonio Mota, E. O. Erickson, individually and as trustee, and the Victor Land & Mineral Company and others for an accounting and to enjoin a scheduled sale by the trustee under two trust deeds, wherein the Victor Land & Mineral Company filed a cross-complaint against Clara P. De Mota, Antonio Mota, and E. O. Erickson, individually and as trustee. From the judgment, all parties appeal.

Judgment affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded with directions.
