Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's March 4, 2024, Denver, Colorado trial session and remanded to respondent's Appeals Office. The parties were directed to schedule an Appeals hearing by April 21, 2024, and to file status reports by May 21, 2024. On May 21, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioner has been unresponsive to respondent's attempts to schedule a hearing. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 24, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Status Report.

Petitioner is advised that he fails to respond we will consider petitioner to have decided he does not want a hearing and to agree that respondent may proceed with a supplemental determination.
