This case is currently set for trial at the Court's March 4, 2024, Denver, Colorado trial session. On January 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Remand, requesting that this case be "remanded to the Office of Appeals in order that the hearing prescribed by section 6330 may be conducted with petitioner and/or a duly authorized representative." Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 8, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Remand, filed January 8, 2024.

The parties are advised that the Court intends to grant respondent's Motion to Remand if petitioner fails to respond by the deadline set in this Order.
