An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 03, 2022, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to enlarge the Record on Appeal to include two additional exhibits: (1) the Special Referee Report of Joseph P. Burke in an underlying divorce action, dated October 13, 2016; and (2) the Stipulation between Timothy Cotton and plaintiff in the underlying action, dated August 24, 2017; and for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the September 2023 Term of this Court and is otherwise denied.
