The appellant's request for an award of attorneys' fees on appeal is denied. The appellee's request for an award of attorneys' fees on appeal is granted in the amount of $4,000.

I concur in that part of the no-opinion order affirming the judgment entered by the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court. I dissent from that part of the order granting the appellee's request for an award of attorney's fees on appeal.
