ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On May 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication on the ground that this case is a duplicate of the case at Docket No. 9280-21. A stipulated decision was entered in the case at Docket No. 9280-21 on April 28, 2022. Respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the Motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing; it appearing that the cases at Docket Nos. 9280-21 and 5894-22 are duplicative; and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Bobbi Jo Rodriguez, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 9280-21. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is denied as moot.
