Opinion
No. 98-147.
Opinion filed September 23, 1998. JULY TERM, 1998.
An appeal from a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Celeste Muir, Judge. L.T. No. 96-5439
Robert Romagna, for appellants.
Marlow, Connell, Valerius, Abrams, Adler Newman, and Joel D. Adler, Howard A. Stone, William G. Edwards, and William G. Liston, for appellee.
Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and NESBITT and GREEN, JJ.
Because the appellants seek review of an order setting aside the entry of a default as opposed to a default judgment, we sea sponte dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Collins v.
