Jacqueline Rodriguez, Individually and as Administratrix of the goods, chattels, and credits which were of Ann Marie Pauletta, deceased, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Washington Heights Dental Practice, P.C., Marina Kipnis and Rosette Imani, Defendants-Respondents.


Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 1, 2015 (M-6301), And defendants-respondents having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal for failure to timely perfect (M-6574) Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2017 Term (M-6301). The cross-motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal unless perfected for said June 2017 Term (M-6574).
