MEMORANDUM OPINION
YVONNE T. RODRIGUEZ, Chief Justice
Appellant, Rosemary Rodriguez, has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a) (governing voluntary dismissals). Appellant represents in her motion that all issues in dispute have been settled, including all issues forming the basis of this appeal.
Accordingly, we grant Appellant's unopposed motion and dismiss this appeal. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a), 43.2(f). There being no agreement between the parties otherwise, court costs are taxed against Appellant. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(d) (court to tax costs against appellant absent agreement of the parties).
Appellant makes no representation in her motion that the parties have come to an agreement regarding court costs.
