An appeal and a cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 18, 2016, And defendants-appellants-respondents having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect their appeal taken from the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal is enlarged to the September 2019 Term.
