AIMEE RODRIGUEZ, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, State.

Appeal from the 175th District Court of Bexar County, Texas (TC# 2023CR2464)

Before Alley, C.J., Palafox and Soto JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

By Order dated February 13, 2024, this Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether the clerk's record was inaccurate or incomplete.

The second Supplemental Clerk's Record (1 volume) has this day been filed. Therefore, on the Court's own motion, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. The Appellant's brief is now due March 21, 2024.

Because the supplemental record has been filed, this Court's order of February 13, 2024 is moot, and a hearing on this matter is no longer required.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
