By Order dated December 29, 2023, this Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court for a hearing to determine whether the reporter's record was inaccurate or incomplete.
The first Supplemental Reporter's Record (3 volumes) has this day been filed. Therefore, on the Court's own motion, the above styled and numbered cause is hereby REINSTATED. The Appellant's brief is now due February 15, 2024.
Because the supplemental record has been filed, this Court's order of December 29, 2023 is moot, and a hearing on this matter is no longer required.
