ORDER

Appellant's brief was due on October 26, 2020. When the brief was not filed, this court contacted appellant's counsel by letter about the late brief and requested that he file a response by November 9, 2020. On November 13, 2020, appellant's counsel filed a "Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record," stating he no longer represented appellant because the trial court granted his motion to withdraw and appointed new appellate counsel. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellate counsel, Mr. Richard Gonzalez, to file appellant's brief by December 30, 2020.
