MEMORANDUM OPINION


David Joe Rodriguez was convicted of robbery. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 29.02 (Vernon 2003). Punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, was assessed at thirty years' confinement. We have received the trial court's certification stating that appellant has waived his right to appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(d). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
