No. 04-17-00291-CV

Roberto Avila RODRIGUEZ, Appellant v. PANTHER EXPEDITED SERVICES INC., Amigo Staffing, Inc., Dicex International, Inc., Appellees
From the 111th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CVT001668 D2
Honorable Monica Z. Notzon, Judge Presiding
ORDER
The briefs of all three appellees - Panther Expedited Services, Inc. ("Panther"), Amigo Staffing, Inc. ("Amigo"), and Dicex International, Inc. ("Dicex") - were originally due September 11, 2017. On August 17, 2017, appellee Dicex filed its first motion for extension of time, asking for an additional thirty days in which to file its brief. We granted Dicex's motion on August 23, 2017, and ordered it to file its brief in this court on or before October 10, 2017. Appellee Amigo has now filed its first motion for extension of time, asking that it be permitted to file its brief ten days after Dicex files its appellate brief in order to determine whether Amigo should file its own separate brief. Thus, Amigo is asking for a forty-day extension of time to file its brief. After review, we GRANT Amigo's request, and because Dicex's brief is now due October 10, 2017, we ORDER Amigo to file its brief in this court on or before October 20, 2017. Appellee Panther's brief is still currently due to be filed in this court on September 11, 2017.
We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this order on all counsel.
