An article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 23, 2018, And an order of this Court, entered on September 20, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-02845), having denied the motion by petitioner, for leave, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the aforesaid proceeding and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect said proceeding, and for civil poor person relief, And petitioner, pro se, having renewed the aforesaid motion for leave to vacate the dismissal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is denied.
