And defendants-appellants having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5526, to enlarge the record on appeal to include two affidavits, referenced in the motion court's decision, that were e-filed in connection with a prior motion (Motion Sequence no. 1), to wit, the affidavits of plaintiff Manuel Rodriguez and defendant Erich Edwardo Cruz (Exhibits B and C to the moving papers),
