After receiving notice from the Official Court Reporter that no reporter's record was taken in this case, we set the deadline for filing appellant's brief for June 8, 2024. By postcard dated June 11, 2024, we notified appellant the time for filing his brief had expired. On July 3, 2024, a substitute court reporter filed a reporter's record from a hearing on an agreed judgment.
In light of the filing of the reporter's record, we ORDER appellant to file his brief in this appeal within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order. We caution appellant that failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1).
