ORDER

This is an appeal in an forcible detainer case. Appellants filed an emergency motion asking this court to dissolve the writ of possession issued by the county court and to allow the supersedeas bond previously posted to suffice or to lower the supersedeas bond. After review, the motion is DENIED. See TEX. PROP. CODE ANN. § 24.007 (West Supp. 2016); Marshall v. Housing Auth. of the City of San Antonio, 198 S.W.3d 782, 786 (Tex. 2006) (holding that if proper supersedeas bond is not filed in accordance with section 24.007 of Texas Property Code, judgment in forcible detainer action may be enforced, including issuance of writ of possession evicting tenant from premises).
