MEMORANDUM OPINION


We REINSTATE appellate cause number 05-05-00498-CV.

Relators/appellants filed a mandamus and interlocutory appeal which the Court consolidated into cause number 05-05-00498-CV. In a motion dated August 16, 2005, relators/appellants seek to dismiss the consolidated proceedings, stating that the parties have fully settled their dispute and completed the settlement arrangements. Relators/appellants state the motion is unopposed. We GRANT relators'/appellants' unopposed August 16, 2005 motion.

We DISMISS this consolidated mandamus and interlocutory appeal.

See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1).
