These cases were on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. They arise from a number of substantiation issues from a dental practice. The parties recently reported that they believe that the case at docket no. 14397-23 is susceptible of settlement by the Independent Office of Appeals, and that such settlement could provide a framework for the settlement at docket no. 33003-21. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before June 20, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a joint status report to describe their progress.
