Due to an inadvertent clerical error, on July 12, 2021, the Court filed petitioner's ratification of petition twice in the record of this case (Docs. 8 and 9). In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the ratification of petition, filed July 12, 2021, at Doc. 9, is stricken from the record in this case as it is a duplicate of the ratification of petitioner filed on July 12, 2021, at Doc. 8.
