This case was set for trial at the New York City trial session of the Tax Court beginning March 28, 2022. When this case was called from the calendar on March 28, 2022, there was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner, Yury Mota Rodriguez; but the Commissioner appeared through counsel and informed the Court that the parties were close to reaching a basis of settlement in this case. For cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 27, 2022, the parties shall file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or another appropriate filing.
