ORDER

The Court will holda conference to discuss Defendant's July 11, 2022 motion to compel, Dkt. No. 48, on July 18, 2022at 3:00 p.m. The partiesare directed to the Court's Emergency Rules in Light of COVID-19, whichareavailable on the Court's website, for the dial-in numberand other relevant instructions. The partiesare specifically directed to comply with Rule 2(C) of the Court's Emergency Rules.
Accordingly, it is ordered that the Warden or other official in charge of the Elmira Correctional Facility to produce Peter Rodriguez, #22B2287, on July 18, 2022 no later than 3:00 p.m., toa suitable location within the Elmira Correctional Facility that is equipped witha telephone, for the purpose of participating by telephone ina conference with the Courtand defense counsel.
If this timeand date presentsan inconvenience, the Warden or the Warden's designee should promptly inform Chambers by calling the Courtroom Deputyat (212) 805-0296.
Defense counsel must: (1) send this order to the Warden immediately; (2) contact the correctional facility identifiedabove to determine the telephone numberat which the plaintiff will be reachableat the timeand date of the conference;and (3) telephone the Court with the plaintiff on the lineat the timeand date of the conference. The partiesare directed to the Court's Emergency Rules in Light of COVID-19, whichareavailable on the Court's website, for the dial-in number and other relevant instructions. The parties are specifically directed to comply with Rule 2(C) of the Court's Emergency Rules.
The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff.
