KIMBERLY RODRIGUEZ, Appellant v. CENTERPOINT ENERGY HOUSTON ELECTRIC, LLC., Appellee

On Appeal from the 190th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2012-04368

ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due December 6, 2016. On February 22, 2017, the court reporter notified this court that appellant had not paid or made arrangements to pay the court reporter for preparing the record. On March 30, 2017, appellant filed a motion seeking an additional 60 days to pay for the reporter's record, explaining that only a portion of the court reporter's fee has been paid. We deny the request and issue the following order.

Unless, within 30 days of the date of this order, appellant pays or make arrangements to pay the court reporter for preparing the record, and provides this court with proof of payment, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. See Tex. App. P.37.3(c).

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Christopher, Busby, and Jewell.
