Rodriguez v. Carnesella

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Oct 16, 1984
456 So. 2d 975 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. 83-2951.

October 16, 1984.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Donald E. Stone, Judge.

Melvin A. Rubin, Kenneth Friedman, Miami, for appellant.

Maurice Jay Kutner, Miami, for appellee.

Before HUBBART, NESBITT and JORGENSON, JJ.

Viewing the record, as we must, in a light most favorable to the prevailing party in this paternity action, we cannot say as a matter of law that the trial court erred.

The judgment in favor of the defendant is accordingly affirmed.
