Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed for failure to comply with this Court's orders.

Appellant's motion to consolidate settlement and denied order on ex-parte motion to unlock settlement agreement or give copy to defendant is hereby denied.

Appellant's motion for additional time to file brief is hereby denied as moot.

Upon consideration of appellee William F. Murphy's motion for appellate attorneys' fees, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.
