The denial of the motion to amend the complaint is affirmed as to the defendants Scibelli, Allen and town of Southwick. The denial of the motion to amend the complaint is reversed as to the defendant American Legion-Southwick Post No. 338. It is ordered that the motion to amend to add Jeffrey Marchese as a party plaintiff be allowed as to this defendant.
