Petitioner-appellant having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 14, 2016, and June 15, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Elizabeth Ciambrone, Esq., dated January 13, 2017,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted and petitioner-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before March 20, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
