ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On December 21, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. On February 8, 2022, respondent filed a First Supplement to Status Report. In the Status Report, as supplemented, respondent states that, on September 17, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia issued an Order of Discharge of Debtor. Respondent attached to the First Supplement to Status Report a copy of that Order.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
