On December 21, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that the bankruptcy case is no longer pending.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 11, 2022, respondent shall file a Supplement to his report and attach thereto a copy of the bankruptcy court order.
